Some of our Efforts to Advance Rural Housing and Small Home

Since we began work on the Village, we have come across gaps, inequities and rules that simply do not make sense when related to rural housing and small homes.  As highlighted in some of the documents below, in many cases this is about putting these housing options on the same footing as urban housing built by large developers.  On a positive note, the regulatory system is much improved and all levels of government are ready to work on solutions that meet the needs of residents of Ontario.
